Emerging Leadership Academy (ELA) helps you build practical leadership skills, earn digital badges, and gain recognition for your involvement. Register for one workshop or complete the full series to earn an ELA graduation cord. You can complete sessions across multiple semesters.

Leading Others: Communication

Strong leaders are strong communicators. In this interactive workshop, you'll develop skills for communicating with clarity, building stronger relationships, and engaging effectively with teammates, peers, and communities. Whether you're leading a group project, student organization, or future career team, you'll leave with practical tools you can use right away.
