CU GOLD (Gaining Opportunities through Leadership Development) provides free leadership development opportunities to all CU students as a department of the Center for Student Involvement. Our programs range from semester-long weekly seminars (the introductory Core Leadership Program and the secondary Applied Leadership Program) to a half-day intensive leadership conference. At the end of every school year we partner with the Center for Student Involvement and the Colorado Creed to host the CU Involvement Awards. In addition, CU GOLD provides free support for student organizations through our Workshops in a Box!

The Cultural Events Board aims to broaden cultural knowledge by supporting the voices of underrepresented and misrepresented groups on campus, thereby promoting student engagement with their platforms. The Cultural Events Board encourages opportunities for interaction among students resulting in respect, appreciation, and understanding for cultural differences.
