Leadership is Action, Not Position: Building the Reflex to Step Up
Leading Self: Character
Facilitated by Air Force ROTC
Leadership doesn't start with a title. It starts with the decision to act. In this interactive workshop, you'll explore how small actions build trust, credibility, and influence, and learn practical strategies for stepping up, solving problems, and making an impact wherever you are. You'll leave with a simple framework for recognizing leadership opportunities and a personal action plan you can put into practice right away.
Why participate?
- Earn a digital badge for each workshop to showcase on LinkedIn, résumés, and graduate school applications.
- Join a program where 90%+ of participants report increased confidence in leading teams and projects.
- Complete a workshop in each of the three core areas, Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Change, to earn a leadership graduation cord. Workshops can be completed across multiple semesters.
